Boys of Summer

The Boys of Summer program was started nearly 8 years ago by NAPA Co-CEO, Glenn Gonzales. His vision for the program was “to provide an environment where young men can learn to work, develop leadership skills, and work as a team.” Since the beginning of the program Mr. Gonzales has seen over 150 boys work for him at his multi-family properties. The boys spend the summer days painting fences, power washing buildings, painting curbs, spreading mulch and picking up trash on the multi-family assets owned by NAPA. Mr. Gonzales feels the program “helps develop young men into hard working members of society and has had limitless benefits to those that take part in it.”
